How this works
A script fetches the product pages on de.xtool.com and writes price, RRP and variant into a file in this site source. When something changes, the change is recorded and the site is rebuilt. If the shop does not answer, the last known figure stays; after 24 hours the site switches to "price on request" on its own. A stale number would be worse than none.
Why this list is worth money to you
60-day price guarantee — and here is when it applies.
xTool refunds the difference if a machine gets cheaper within 60 days of your purchase. That is a promise from xTool, not from us. Our part in it: to claim it, you first have to notice that the price dropped. That is what the list above is for.
- What it covers
- Purchases made directly on de.xtool.com, for the same product in identical configuration. Anything bought from other retailers is excluded — which is one more reason why, after a demo with us, you buy directly from xTool.
- The window
- 60 days from your purchase date, counted per order rather than across several orders combined. Flash sales are excluded, they have their own rule.
- What you get back
- As a voucher if you prefer, and then xTool adds to it: an extra €10 where the difference is under €100, an extra 10 per cent of the difference above that. Or as a direct refund, without the bonus. The voucher arrives within one working day, the refund within three to five.
- What you need for it
- Your order number and proof of the lower price — a screenshot or the link to the product page. You submit both to xTool.
And this is where the table above stops being our own word for it: if it lists a drop with a date and your purchase is less than 60 days old, you have your proof. Write to us if you like — we will check whether it is worth claiming, and tell you when it is not.
