Demo appointments arranged through this website are booked via the official xTool demo system. The operator of that external system is responsible for its content and availability.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to section 7 (1) DDG. Under sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Once we become aware of such infringements, we remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking; no unlawful content was apparent at that time.

The figures for footprint and clearance are our own estimate from operating the machines and are expressly not manufacturer specifications. The outline drawings are scale illustrations produced by us and are not product images.

Image credits: The product images of the machines are the official cut-out manufacturer images published by xTool (Makeblock Co., Ltd.) and are not our own photographs. The rights remain with the manufacturer; we use them to describe the machines we demonstrate and supply. The photographs from the shop and workshop, collected in the photo gallery, are our own work and the rights to them are ours. The group photograph of the trade fair team at IFA 2026 was taken by xTool (Makeblock Co., Ltd.) and is not our own work; the rights to it are theirs. It therefore carries the credit “Photo: xTool” directly beneath the image. Using our own photographs: The photographs from the shop and workshop are not published under a free licence. Any use beyond the limits of copyright law – in an article, a post or an advertisement, for instance – requires our prior consent. Enquiries go informally to service@xtool.live; we state the terms for the specific case in our reply. There is no blanket permission.

Typefaces

This website uses the typefaces Archivo, Inter and IBM Plex Mono. They are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts.
